1. RETURN POLICY
You may return items within 14 days of UPS delivery for a refund in the form of original payment. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached, with a copy of your receipt. Some product exceptions apply.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We cannot accept returns for skincare, beauty products, fragrance, jewelry, swimwear, intimates, books, magazines, and personalized goods. All sale items and special orders are final sale.
- We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
2. RETURNING AN ORDER
- Within the return window, to process a return, please visit this link and follow the prompted instructions. Please note you must have your Order Number and shipping zip code available to process.

- You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and approved.
- Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a refund less any shipping costs, in five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or credit card
- 10 Corso Como New York does not formally offer exchanges online. However, Customer Care handles exchanges on a case-by-case basis, and items eligible for exchange or refund can be brought to the Retail Store within the return window located at 1 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10038.
