1. RETURN POLICY

You may return items within 14 days of UPS delivery for a refund in the form of original payment. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached, with a copy of your receipt. Some product exceptions apply.

  1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  2. We cannot accept returns for skincare, beauty products, fragrance, jewelry, swimwear, intimates, books, magazines, and personalized goods. All sale items and special orders are final sale.
  3. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

2. RETURNING AN ORDER

  • Within the return window, to process a return, please visit this link and follow the prompted instructions. Please note you must have your Order Number and shipping zip code available to process.

      • You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and approved.
      • Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a refund less any shipping costs, in five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or credit card

3. EXCHANGES

  • 10 Corso Como New York does not formally offer exchanges online. However, Customer Care handles exchanges on a case-by-case basis, and items eligible for exchange or refund can be brought to the Retail Store located at 1 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10038.
